Dear colleagues, In light of the developments regarding COVID-19, I’d like to first say that our thoughts are with those affected by the virus in India and around the globe. At OverAir, the well-being and safety of our teams, clients and communities are our top priority. As we closely monitor the evolving impact, we are implementing ongoing measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff, while also maintaining the highest level of service to our clients. To that end, and as more there is lockdown across the country, limiting large gatherings and taking other measures to create social distance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, and the slogan by PMO Mr. Narendra Modi ‘Jaan Hai to Jahan Hai’ (health is wealth) we had asked our staff to work remotely in the near term which was not compulsory. And now it is imperative to focus on both aspects, ‘Jaan bhi, jahan bhi’ (lives as well as livelihoods), for India’s bright future, prosperous and healthy India. Moving together, We at OverAir have mandated to all our employees and staff to work remotely. We believe this will motivate us to be active while we are shelter in place and surely to be calm and positive. Fortunately, We have robust technology and a culture of flexibility that enables our staff to efficiently and effectively perform their work remotely. We will continue to tailor our approach to meet your specific needs, and we will adjust and communicate with you as circumstances change. We are keeping up with the guidance of the World Health Organization, state and local authorities related to travel, quarantine, meetings and events, and we will continue to adjust our guidance accordingly. Our firm has been preparing for a moment like this for several years; we have a robust business continuity plan in place and a technology infrastructure that supports virtual working across our entire practice. All to say, we do not anticipate this change impacting our ability to deliver for our clients and partners. If we foresee that changing in any way, you will be notified well in advance. Although it is still too early to fully understand the impact this virus might have on the current way of life, I want you to know that our commitment to your organization is unwavering.
